In my entire conversation with the salesperson, Cheryl, she never once mentioned that the warranty was additional. Not one time! My wife went to sign the papers, the contract was conveniently blurred where the warranty was stated and she blindly signed, thinking it was OK. We got notification in the mail that we had bought this "Added Security" warranty for $1800. She should have read the fine print but the sales person should have noted this price addition. Lesson learned, read the fine print, but don't do business with Ocean Subaru in North Hampton, NH! Unless you want to get ripped off!

Warranty Refunded from Ocean Subaru

Approximately 11 months later, countless phone calls and letters to two finance companies, a FULL Credit/refund  for the extended warranty that I did not want was posted to my account. The new finance manager at Ocean is apparently the one who made things right.
