Was at The Big E in Springfield MA in September and was given a demonstration by one of the Oceane representatives.  Ended up first by making a purchase of $700+ for some wrinkle reducing creams and then, after the sale went through he (Daniel) got all hyped up and showed me some device called Elivare and I proceeded to purchase that with some creams, making a total of almost $5,000 between both purchases.  Sale slip came from Las Vegas NV first and then ended up being printed out with an address from RI under State Fair Home Shows.  He had me sign an invoice/shipping form and demanded that I check the box at the bottom of the form and thought it was because I was taking the product with me.  Found out later it stated that there no refunds and exchanges only.  After leaving the building where they were set up (The Better Living Building) I became supicious of the sale.  I tried to cancel the sale with my credit card company but they told me it was pending and I would have to dispute the sale after it went through.

Have been going back and forth with Discover and this gal named Emma Stone and I think she also goes by Emma Robinson -- don't think either name is her real name.  She told me that they would not refund my money.  My gripe is that no sign was posted in their area stating their refund/exchange policy which is a state law in Massachusetts and I could have gotten my money back after 3 days if I was able to contact them under the FTC's Cooling Off Rule.  No one ever answered the phone and I never got a copy of the receipt that came from the State Fair Home Shows which displayed their address and phone number until it was posted in the dispute section of my credit card company.

My credit card just sided with them and they said it is beyond their control and I need to get outside assistance.  Don't know why because, as I have read other complaints from other people about this same company and how they operate.  I want my money back!  These people are unbelievable and I never heard from anyone from The State Fair Home Shows whose name appeared on my credit card statement.  Mind you, Oceane's name does not appear on my statement.  I've read that they change their name frequently.  I can see why.  Can anyone help me get my money back.  I have not used any of the products.  I have offered to return them for a refund.  Something has to be done about these people before more people become victims.

They also seem to be from Israel and are getting with so much.  I mean really -- they came from Las Vegas to sell their products at The Big E -- a fair that lasts almost three weeks and attracts thousands of people!  Has anyone had success in getting their money back?  Who is the best person or place to contact about these people.  They need to be stopped!
