I ordered some products on the Oceans Lab website on 2/16/2011 on the amount of $96.79. MMS Solutions withdrew the $96.79 from my checking account 2/19/2011. I thought it rather odd that I did not receive an email receipt or verification of purchase. However, I decided to give it a week and wait for it to arrive in the mail. After an 8 day wait, I logged onto my account on their website to inquire about where my order is. It said awaiting fulfillment so I thought it must be on back order. I waited a few more days and then when it still said "awaiting fulfillment"

I attempted to call their phone number. I got a voicemail stating their hours, and to leave a message and they will contact me. After 2 more days, I tried calling them again, it said, please wait while your call is being transferred. I was never transferred to anyone. I logged on to my account on Oceans Labs website, on 3/18/2011 and cancelled the order that was still "awaiting fulfillment". I asked them to refund my money to my checking account. Within two days, the order status changed to "Order Error" however, my money was never refunded to me. I have been unable to reach the company through repeated phone calls or repeated inquiries through their website.

This company is a TOTAL SCAM!

After placing a $100 order with Oceans Lab over 5 weeks ago, I am still waiting for my order to arrive. I began checking on my order status at 2 weeks. "Awaiting Fulfillment" is still the status at 5 weeks. I still don't know what this means, as my MANY phone calls and emails have all gone unanswered. After 4 weeks of waiting for my order and getting NO response from Oceans Lab I filed a complaint with my card company and the BBB. I wasn't surprised to see the numerous complaints  with BBB. I have still been trying to contact Oceans Lab unsuccessfully. Instead of enjoying the products I paid for I am getting a headache  filing the paperwork to try and get my money back, not to mention the time I am having to spend dealing with the incompetence and fraud of this company! DO NOT order from Oceans Lab unless you want to throw your hard earned money and time away!
