I have received emails from Health Freedom Alliance for sometime, but was not drawn to purchase anything from them, until the mentioned there being a special on a home Bio-Cellular Test Kit. I ordered it and an order of MMS over the phone, two days ago, Thursday, 11/11/10. The fellow on the phone said he was talking from Boca Raton, Florida.

The next day, 11/12/10, I received 2 emails in response to the order, though I had only placed a single order. I got sinking idea that maybe I had a double charge on my credit card. I called the 800 number on the contact page of Oceans Lab website, got a message machine, but got no call back. I sent an email after I saw that there was no way I could track a shipping number they gave.

I started to check on Oceans Lab WW on the internet and saw Feb.'10 complaints on these same entities in RipOffReport. People reported never receiving ordered items and the note on their paid reports saying "Awaiting Fullfilment." That is the same terminology used on my credit card statement that I asked my bank to print up.

I have just sent off an email on Ocean Labs form telling them that I am asking for a refund and that, in fact, if they have shipped the item, it will not be accepted. I asked for a credit to my card charge.  I will be asking my credit card company for a charge back.

Thank you for this opportunity to post, RipOffReport.  I will follow-up when this is settled. There are more and more disreputable entities making a unscrupulous living on the internet.
