As a natural health enthusiast, I was taken in my "Health Freedom Alliance," which had a long and interesting list of articles about health, our health freedoms, and ways to increase our wellness while minimizing harm from environmental pollutants, toxins, etc. I believe that Health Freedom Alliance and Ocean Labs Worldwide are either the same company or owned by the same company.

Health Freedom Alliance has a link that allows people to "donate" and when you follow that, there are several donation options. Several of them include the option to donate larger sums of money and, in return, you would receive a DVD or book or both, etc.

I donated the amount necessary to receive in return a copy of "Food Inc." on DVD as well as a companion guidebook. At the time, the movie had not yet been released on DVD.

Months passed, and no DVD arrived, despite my paying for it and having a receipt via PayPal (where the donation transactions take place). I went back to their site and was completely unable to find any contact information whatsoever. They list no address, no phone number, no email, no "contact us" link...nothing.

Eventually, I found an email address on my PayPal receipt (HealthFreedomAlliance@gmail.com) and one that they use to send out their email blasts (support@healthfreedomalliance.org). I sent an email to both email addresses requesting information about this situation. No response. I sent an email per week for over 2 months. No response.

I approached both PayPal and my bank to see if I could somehow get back the money I had loaned them 6 months earlier. No luck, because there is a strict 45-day window of opportunity for getting money back whenever a PayPal payment from a bank is involved.

I tried finding out who owned the site, etc. They have protected themselves well! Click here to see that the most information I could get from them is that they're not even located in the U.S.!  http://whois-proxy.web.aol.com/cgi-bin/wp.cgi?query=healthfreedomalliance.org

As far as I can tell, this is a fake company that simply lures people in and then doesn't deliver on what they promise. They seem to work closely with Ocean Labs Worldwide.

If Oceans Lab Worldwide (OLW) is not connected with Health Freedom Alliance (HFA), then I suggest that the former request that the latter cease pressing their products. Articles are written on or about Jim Humble, about the MMS products, etc. There's a giant add for OLW products on the entire left side of the page!

I'd be very happy for this issue to come to resolution with HFA actually owning up to their scamming, sending me what I paid for, etc. I have already lodged a complaint with the FTC regarding their website and practices, but HFA seems oblivious to anything but incoming donations made by unwitting customers. That HFA's flagship product is from OLW doesn't look good for OLW's reputation...

Thank you for looking into this for me. My name is Ryan and I am from California, and if they have been checking their email for the last 2 months, they'll certainly know who I am.

They have this misfiled! We DO NOT take donations. We will ask HFA to find out why your Gift was not received.
