OCRV COMPLETE FALSE DESCRIPTION OF MOTORHOME ANAHEIM California
Purchased a used motorhome from this company July 2013. The internet ad stated every catagory of condition to be EXCELLENT. When we took delivery, the motorhome was a complete disaster.
Badly cracked and faded exterior paint with several areas of fiberglass damage
Interior filthy and full of debris
Exterior running lights mostly not working
Interior had cracked cabinets, cracked floor tile, missing and cracked dash componants
Driver seat totally worthless, won't turn, armrest broken and leather badly worn
Front TV not working
Seal on entry door bad
Refrigerator control panel broken and hanging down
Convection oven broken
Front AC leaking into cabin
No electric because invertor broken
When slide was extended, carpet ripped
Roof badly deteriorated and wiring covers turned to dust
No front AC or heat because line broken
Slide out awning ripped off during delivery trip
This covers most of the things, not all. But that was just the start of the nightmare. Took several months to get the title fixed. Never recieved the original.
Took months of threats to get the invertor replaced.
They recommended a repair company in Oklahoma City who ripped us off even worse and kept the home for months.
Over a year later, never used it and still trying to repair things.
Bottom line, they could have been upfront with the true condition, but completely lied about it.

I grew up in a time and a geographical area where you did not have to worry about the character of a person. Why put the blame on the victim when the problem is our society? Why should I have to worry about someone being honest? I have always done business in our general area and never had to worry about getting screwed. My reputation is well known around here and I have never had any problem ever. These guys supposedly had a good reputation and have been in business for a long time. Just because I trusted someone or some business, does not excuse them of being crooks and getting what they deserve. You must have been really bored to butt into this and accuse me of doing something wrong.

First of all we need to understand that RVs literally fall apart while sitting at a RV dealership waiting to be unloaded off to a SUCKER or sitting at a storage facility.
You don't talk about the name of the manufacture You don't talk about how old the coach is. You don't mention how many miles the coach has on it. You didn't mention anything about you paying an outsider to inspect the coach before you bought it. Why is it that you were Not willing to pay to have it inspected professionally ? Is it because you didn't want to spend the extra money ?
I say this a lot in the RV industry consumers buy motorhomes and have no clue what they are getting into. Some RVs are extremely complicated you have to know what you're looking at before you are willing to sign the dotted line.
Please tell me why is it that you were not willing to pay a outsider to inspect that RV before you agreed to purchase it by signing a contract !
Did you pay cash for it ?
Did you finance it ?
How old is it ?
What make and model is it ?
How many miles are on it ?
At the dealership show you a predelivery inspection report ?
How do you know that the LP gas system does not leak ?
How do you know that the generator actually works ?
Does the refrigerator operate on LP GAS, 12 volts, and 110 AC ?
What is the output pressure of the LP gas regulator ?
Does the LP gas leak detector work ?
Does the hot water heater have an LP gas leak ?
Does the furnace have a LP gas leak ?
Does the stove have a LP gas leak ?
Does the complete water system in the coach have a leak ?
Does the roof air conditioning work ?
Does that – AC unit work ?
When was the last time the engine at eight oil change ?
When was the last time the generator serviced ?
How many more questions do you want me to post ?
When people go out and buy motorhomes they need to have documentation of what works and what does not work !!!
It sure seems to me that you were not willing to pay for an outsider to come in and inspect that motorhome before you bought it.
Instead of paying somebody to inspect it now you have to pay somebody to repair it And that will cost so much more. I am willing to bet that you have buyers remorse.
I personally feel that you Are a RV dealerships dream of a customer
Next time you go out and buy a motorhome Please get a CHECK-UP from the NECK-UP Before you purchase the coach. Be willing to pay for an inspection from the front bumper to the back bumper.
