On May 5,2007 I ordered my needed medication, paid for it with my credit card. Within minutes a confirmation of the order was received. Hours later a second email was sent to me showing "processing", along with my 32 digit "password" to check my order. A third email was sent to verify sucessfully billing my credit card.

The following day an email was sent of "shipping" with an expected day of arrival May 15-20 as well as a coupon # for a follow up order. Ten days later, another email stating due to supplier shortage, there may be a "delay" is receiving my purchase but to disregard if the medication had already be received.

No product has been received as of today. I have called all "billing support" and the toll free #s to no avail. This past week Easy Meds sent another email stating they had received confirmation that I received my order and wanted feedback. Well of course I let them know what I thought of their scam and immediately received a confirmation of my displeasure along with a second email stating that I could "reorder at no charge" and to keep 1st order as their gift to me or I could have a refund. I requested a refund but did not get an email of confirmation for my requested refund.

Imagine that!

I finally resolved my problem with this company....

I filed a report on this company back in early June but it wasn't associated with yours somehow but I finally reached closer on this matter... See my report at IP-RXphamacySales.com- Easymed.net

I went through the very same thing as you with the quick billing of my card and the report of shipping only to receive one later advising of the delay. I finally received the same offer of a reshipment or refund you did.I could never get a reply afer that, so I reported it back to my credit card company as a ripoff.

A month later, the credit card company asked for the proof of a ripoff so I sent them all the emails stating their guarentee of a full refund, the billing and shipping/delayed shipping emails and the one telling me to keep the product I did recieve and that they would issue a full refund. With this proof the card company issued a full refund yesterday. It was slow but finally worked for me...

If you are persistant in emailing these people, you will finally get a form to fill out deducting 11% of your refund for fraud prevention and threats of proscution if found guilty of fraud and never having your card accepted for internet RX sales....
GOOD Luck...
