Complaint Review: ocwen bank

I would like to apologize for my rude rebuttal concerning refinancing. I had no way of knowing your prior health issues and financial difficulties stemming from them.

That is not an excuse. I feel that I was still in "shock" when I began realizing that these companies are breaking consumer protection laws daily using OTS regulations as "protection". It is a sad state of affairs.

I have mailed some correspondence to a member of the Consumer Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Board asking some pointed questions. I am sure that it will be some time before an answer is received, if ever. This person has a background of consumer advocacy. I have asked for permission to post a copy of my letter and any responses on this site; maybe we can find out something about the OTS's stance on these matters these days.

Again, I apologize for jumping to conclusions and my general rudeness. It is a bad habit that I am trying to break. I wish you the best and hope sincerely that your health issues are not aggravated by this ordeal. Wish I could offer more in the way of help.

The crap starts again. If you live AZ, contact Terry Goddard , Senator Kyle and Congressman Shadegg. They are listening. Senator McCain has never responded to my e-mails or letters . Don't even bother with him . This has to stop! Florida BBB is so tired of taking complaints they don't even list Ocwen any more. Attorneys I have contacted say they are so booked up with Ocwen Victims , they can't handle any more . Lets GO Arizona! Let us lead America in shutting down OCWEN .

I have contacted my representatives for Southern California: Boxer, Davis & Feinstein. I pray they will see through all of the lies and deception: Ocwen's standard for conducting business.

If you live in AZ contact Senator Kyle or Congressman Shadegg they both seem to want to help. I am just getting started and others contacting them with simalar HORROR stories would probably sway them into looking into it ...

Thank you for your comments , to the person that I asked why I don't re-fi. Over the past 3 mos my credit has gone to hell from ocwen. I had a bankruptcy 7 years ago,due to heart attacks, which would have come of Jan 26th.And Ocwen bought my loan Just let everyone know their rebutal is full of crap . This afternoon I tried to contact owcen again ,via e-mail yesterday and for an hour till my cell went dead . I talked to guy in India , he transfer me to collections , they refuse to talk to me , and transfer me to moss caddilis , they were closed ,I called back to the guy in India , this time just to find out how much my payment is because I haven't seen a statement in over four months , he transfer me back to collections. I talked to a young man darrell and he finally transfered me thru to customer service , she reufused to speak to me and tranfer me back to moss cadillis and they were closed. By the New Century is Ocwen when I got my foreclosure papers New Century Mortgage was the one foreclosing in me

What a terrible December 2002 they gave you! How sad you had to be the entire month! And how much you had to do to finally send your payment to these thieves on December 31. Your New Year's Eve! I don't know you and my heart is full of respect, compassion and true concerns for the pain you are enduring because of criminal Ocwen's behavior.

Charles, whatever they tell you is a lie...Read the reports and learn ways to act without confiding...Ocwen does not deserve your trust! It is subreal: they do whatever they want and can to steal your home. I am convinced a lot of political reasons and other too many institutions and people are with them up to their ears (only logical explanation for their "liberty in crime")
They are doing some new things to me now because they know I joined the class action against them (yes, Coward and Vile Ocwen, ME, Marlene, from Miami, the one linked to New Century Mortgage Corporation and the rest of your local pals) It is me. I am stronger than you because I don't have your needs. A simple sunset gives me the happy feeling you can only get by going on vacations to Europe or buying an expensive car, the smile of a loved one or a good (and free) book from the public library give me so much peace and enjoyment. Poor, low Ocwen. And this is the most saddening part of all: seeing human GREED and CRUELTY. Why don't you buy yourselves, Ocwen, a bottle of Kindness at the drugstore. Sorry your money can not buy everything. Most of your victims have what you lack: Integrity. How come your money can not buy a little bit of it for yourself? See, Despicable Ocwen, most of us don't have your needs. Most of us don't have your limitations. Our strenght is there.

Charles, don't give up because you are not alone. As I always say to everybody, read all the reports to learn how to face them, cope with them...and never trust them! Just take the extra steps to protect your life and your family and be prepared to fight until the end...for how long it takes...you are in this, and you are not alone. If you are an employee of a "large bank" and have all these real estate certifications, WHY are you doing business with OCWEN??? Finance through your own bank (unless it is a National Bank who are getting as predatory as OCWEN) Find a local state-regulated bank and get a mortgage. Aren't you reading these reports??
