Complaint Review: Ocwen Bank

Robin, and all other victims of Ocwen:

By God's grace, I am still very much alive and in the trenches. The lawsuit is still alive, and we are waiting for Judge Droney's ruling any day (or week, or month) now on Ocwen and Moss Codilis motions to dismiss.

Personally, I have said here and in the Yahoo Finance OCN forums recently that I am guardedly hopeful that Ocwen is not going anywhere fast. My bravery (as you choose to put it) comes not from being bullet-proof or invisible or insane, but rather from the realization that there is a GOD who is all powerful and everywhere all at once.

Ocwen has abused all of us, frocing us to waste our emotions and energies posting here and writing letters to HUD, OTS, FTC, state Attorneys General, congressional representatives, etc.

FAIRBANKS CAPITAL has finally come into the spotlight as every opportunistic Attorney General and congressperson goes after it (which is not necessarily a bad thing, given how Fairbanks has also been behaving). Fairbanks has had to shuffle its leadership and to implement consumer-friendly plans.

I don't know about Ocwen's VA award (I read about it in the newspapers like everyone else) and my lawyers are not focusing at all on that paradox. Their focus (for now, lest they chew off more than they can bite), is to bring Ocwen to justice for the years of abuse heaped on me and the rest of you guys. I trust my lead lawyer's judgment, and so far Ocwen's high-powered "dream team" (which includes the world's biggest law firm which won a Supreme Court case for Ocwen) has not been able to checkmate us.

To those of you who continue to have confidence in the Hanson class action lawsuit, I ask one big favor: PLEASE PRAY. MY BELIEF IS THAT WHERE TWO OR THREE ARE GATHERED SPIRITUALLY IN GOD'S NAME, GOD SPEEDILY ANSWER'S PRAYER. I do not care if anyone ridicules this belief: I've come this far by faith, can't turn around now. God never failed me yet.

And yes, WE SHALL OVERCOME. FEEL FREE TO EMAIL OR MAIL ME SUPPLEMENTS/UPDATES TO YOUR ORIGINAL AFFIDAVITS, SO I CAN RELAY THEM TO MY LAWYERS.

We shall get this class of victims certified as a class action, inspite of Ocwen and all the powers that be. As Ocwen knows from my sworn deposition last month, the FBI is on it's tail and the FBI has a lot of confidential but damning info provided by sympathetic folk working inside Ocwen. Besides, a handful of other Ocwen victims have received some confidential info, and if, God forbid, anything happens to my nerves of steel (don't get any bright ideas, Ocwen), the FBI handcuffs will clamp down faster and the stand-by plaintiffs will carry the torch with even more ferocity. Right now, I am NOT Ocwen's biggest problem, because whatever info I had has been imparted months ago to other, equally determined victims, so that my being forced aside will not solve anything for Ocwen but simply take them from frying pan to fire (both here on earth and in the hereafter). It is one thing to kill a contract; it is quite another thing to engage in a contract-killing.

It's nice to hear from you. We need decent "outsiders" in our cause and in our society in general. I always say that a "hete" figthing for "homo" rights is not human; but divine. You take time to care for ohter's problems and that speaks of a dignifying civil conscioussnes. Thank you, Robin, thank you.

Talking about VA. This institution offered the contract "tentatively" to Ocwen, since that devil had applied for it (You know they need their flow). But VA has been receiving a lot of letters from people, including people from the congress and other "higher" places, and had not announced their final decision. I have been talking to them. I was going to call them now before posting; but they are closed today for the Holidays. You can go to their site and find out a bunch of numbers, and names, and addresses to call and write. I call them all.

Understand I have my life and my family's welfare in the arms of Ocwen, the murderer.

Now, a lot of people are getting refi (not too many because Ocwen destroy your credit when you try to refi).

However, many victims ask help to refi from some "higher" places that are presently being under the light- if you know what I mean. Our government, the SEC and others are serious after vorporate corruption. I am sure you hear the news.

New Century Mort., the giant provider for Ocwen, is not giving to them their servicing rights anymore, and is trying to "clean" their act.

New Century is the one who gave my loan to Ocwen at the closing table, and the two planned to place force insurance and other financial crimes against my family. New century has the sad honor of being Ocwen biggest provider of victims.

I really know very well how corrrupted those gov. institutions are. I have learned the hard way, Robin. I had lost 60 pounds in a year (my closing took place last May). I had to loose a few pounds but since I am an small female I started to push down extra calories o protect my health. I also got some gray hair at a "faster tempo". I had many sleepless nights and many unproductive work hours with my hands shaking an my eyes wet. This I tell you so you understand HOW MUCH I know Ocwen Satan by now and why.

I am old enough to know that there are bad people, very low human beings, criminals of all kinds. But I HAD NEVER SEEN THE FACE OF SATAN so closed to me as I have seen Ocwen's face.

I know, by heart, the names of all directors and decision makers in Ocwen. However, I have refused to see their faces BECAUSE I DON'T WANT TO HATE A FACE! They are hurting me and my fellow Americans; but I don't want to hate a face now, for the very first time in my long life! After all, they needed a mother to feed them and caress them so they could grow up (what a shame for those poor mothers to bear those babies!) They also have innocent children than they surely love.. I don't want a see their faces!

I am in a constant alert stage. I call and write to the entire world, and know what you are talking about. My personal belief is not a belief but a conviction: Ocwen's corruption is so big that they need to untangle it very careful not to bring down our entire system. But it will have an end!

The process already started, Robin, and it will not be detained. You will see the grave of this malevolous corporation. We will all see it.

My aseverations are not emotional outbursts (and I highly emotional and passional). As a matter of fact, I have to control my negative emotions to consicer the cold facts. After doing proper research you have to reach a cold conclussion: Ocwen Federal Bank FSB is fated to end soon. And since I love my family more than anything in this world I can't allow my emotions to reach this conclussion.

I even believe that Ocwen might need to drop the case at the end, if they can, because they will not be able to keep their lawyers with all the amounting evidence that it's piling against them, day by day, surely and not slowly.

Unfortunately, I can't go over details (difficult and not recommendable). But anyone can have access to the same information I have acces to.

Of course, my battle is a daily one, and I have no free time, since I devote all it to fight Ocwen on daily basis (Who is going to protect my family better than me?)My elderly mother and my children come first, I am second to them. There is no way out of my behavior. It's the power of Love against the power of Greed. I SHALL OVERCOME OCWEN! WE SHALL OVERCOME OCWEN!

If you keep yourself up with the class action, you will know its details: Ocwen is loosing it. It simply happens because thay are being obligated to respond to the law, for the very first time, and there is an overabundance of proof that they would need to destroy. That simply is not a possibility for Ocwen. I follow Hanson v. Ocwen Federal Bank every day, and those criminals are in hot water. The outcome, Robin, is inevitable!

So, dear Robin, Rob and I, and many others, are right.

I hope with all my heart that this demonic operation will be flattened into the center of the earth where all demons are purported to be born. But....

There are many things about this case that are incredible and puzzling. After Mr. Hanson's lawsuit was filed and engaged, along with many local suits all over the country being fought against Ocwen, the U.S. Government decided that Ocwen is the perfect servicing company for its VA loans! I believe that means that all, or nearly all, government-backed loans are being serviced by Ocwen! How can this be in a rational world? It is a paradox! A paradox cannot exist but a short time and Ocwen has been with us far too long for that to be true.

There is something really stinky rotten about all this. I do not know Mr. Hanson, but admire him greatly for his valiant efforts on behalf of all victims of Ocwen. I pray that he has nerves of steel and all the blessings of God upon him, because he will need all of it! I watch for updates on this case with great interest and hope that Mr. Hanson will post soon.

I also hope that Mr. Hanson is blessed with an inquiring mind. I smell trickery, bribery, and kickbacks to government officials in this mess. That is the only possible explanation that will eliminate the paradoxial nature of the relationship between the Feds and Ocwen. The Federal Government is charged with keeping Americans safe and that does not just mean safe from terrorists with bombs. It also means that Americans be allowed to engage in day-to-day business without being subjected to terrorism by corporations who are bent on bankrupting the population and leaving them homeless! And yet the Feds actively support and even embrace this company. Hmmmm.....smells to high heaven!

I hope that Mr. Hanson will address this issue and perhaps have the resources to ferret out these government traitors to the American people. They absolutely must be present in the mix or we are faced with a paradox, which cannot exist in nature on this planet!

Ocwen has always relied in its money. They simply don't answer your concerns because they know themselves wrong and confide in their financial power, not in honesty. Occassionally, you may get an answer from Ocwen (if you write for help to FBI, OTS, IRS, GENERAL ATTORNEYS, etc). Thes other departments will contact Ocwen to save their faces from other government departments. Sad to say but it's true. They will not ask Ocwen to give you an answer because of you, the victimized borrower. They'll do it because of the Witnesses you collect for your protection by writing to every body else about Ocwen.

This happens because Ocwen has a lot of "insiders" in many goverment departments. I am convinced, since I have a lot of what they call "circumstancial" evidence.

However, Ocwen's fresh, open, criminal activities are so obvious that those very same agencies are trying to "clean" their acts related to the bank.

Ocwen's code of behavior has always been: dont talk, dont show off. But it is being forced to change now and is good news:

1) They are really preocuppied abut the class action sue Mr. Kweku Hanson is fighting for all of us in Hartford, CO. If you do your search and keep yourself informed you will notice the thing is walking an NO OCWEN and NO ONE will stop that legal action that has JUSTICE as the ultimate goal.

Mr. Kweku Hanson is for the principle and Ocwen has no principle to defend, only their money. So, the bank is spending money and loosing big time. ( I wonder if Mr. Hanson realizes that while standing up for us he is also doing it for the the name of Law in our country).

Ocwen, by now, know they will not be able to buy our Kweku. You are terrified, Ocwen! I know..You will not be able to buy this man's honor and determination! Scary, Huh? You don't have to answer us...You are to answer the Rule of Law, Criminal Ocwen! And by responding in a court of law, WE, YOUR VICTIMS and WE, THE PEOPLE OF AMERICA, will see Justice prevail.

The hearing is a test on our patience since the company is too big and its crimes are too many, can't be ventilated in just a few weeks. But the outcome is inevitable!

We have endured so much misery at the hands of Ocwen! It's not difficult to wait and see you falling Ocwen. It is too, highly enjoyable to see how much you stress in the class action and observe your desperate maneuvers: Changing mailing addresses overnight to confuse and victimize even more the borrowers, buying your own stock and lying to small investors, applying to get VA busines, sending 80% or more of jobs to India in an effort to reduce expenses and escape Justice.

You will not escape that easily Ocwen. Not anymore! In these trying times for our nation, TRANSPARENCY is a must and your days are counted.
Ocwen Federal Bank FSB Grave is the making and we'll see it. There is God! AND YOU KNOW MY NAME, BEAST! NO money of yours will make you right.. That's our Force!
