Complaint Review: Ocwen Bank

I just read another person with the same problem with Ocwen Bank I have. After providing proof of payments they still ignore my attempts to remedey the default. They want to foreclose and they have begun. I will not go down without a fight.

These guys have violated and disgarded every right that a person has under the Law. They ignore my requests for a audit and failed to pay my property taxes. That is until the county was selling the property for defaulted payments.

They even sent me a notice of the correct accounting and said all is well. My question to them was what happen to the impounds account. I pay 900.00 a month and my P&I is 760.00 so you figure it out. Creeps, then they tack onto my loan the monies paid out! These guys are real thugs and need to be stopped.
