Ocwen Bank Payments made, but in forclosure Los Angelas California
New Century Mortgage held my 2 loans then sold them to Ocwen. I was never informed of the transfer. I paid on time for 2 years plus on both accounts. Then suddenly in September 2001 I was told that my payment had risen by $200. I said that was incorrect and they stated that they had force placed insurance and are adding it to the payment. I sent all the proof they requested and thought all was well.
It turns out they still took the payment plus the extra $200 out of my account It was an over the phone payment). I was told the problem was resolved. However, every month the same topic would come up when I made the payment. To make along story short, ever since that date, Ocwen has only applied 75% of my monthly payment to the mortgage and the rest to the insurance that they are now escrowing.
This of course made it appear that I was only making partial payments since Sept. 2001. Needless to say after a while they quit accepting payments because they said I was so far behind, which of course was not true. Now the hiome is in forclosure and my credit is shot. oh, by the way, when they deducted that extra 200 on my over the phone payment, they put my account into a negative.
My 12 other mortgages that I have with other companies all ended up boumcing as well and I was never able to recover totally. Needless to say most of those mortgages are in jeopardy as well.

I am just like many of you at there how this servicer of our loans has treated us. I am joining this man name Hanson-who filed a lawsuit against this corrupt company.
I have been asking them to help me after I learned a worker of their was allowing a person to assume my loan that was illegal after I had instructed them to not communicate with this third person.
I was total ignore and all they did was help this person to steal my property. Now, I have not paid on this loan for since April of 2002 and they still has been allowing this person to pay on this account which is not my money.
They refuse to call the loan due. That is why I will hold them responisble for all my problems that I had endure from this violating my privacy and fair lending law. This company breach my contract allowing a third party to have activity on my account.
When their investors finding out this illegal activity is going on what do you think they will do? Then a lot of these loans are owned by Morgan and Stanley and their CEO is a Man name Stephen Rudner.
I am going to send him documents that I am in possession of and see how this investor likes how Ocwen Federal Bank is handling their account and causing them a loss of revenues.
So, all you people out their needs to join this lawsuit that is going on in Hartford Connect to build a strong force against all this illegal activity which is a lot of lending laws, breach of contracts, deceptions, and etc. Lets fight and we need large numbers to take on this monster of disruption that is affecting the people of this United States. We need to join together and large numbers of people can make changes when a lttle man can not stand. Lets not just write and complain lets united as one and see what we can changes with this bank practice in doing the right thing no matter who or what a person , race religon, social status, beliefs, we all are under one nation which is we are the people of the United States and we will stand tall and win in victory it we stand as one.
