OCWEN BANK ripoff trying to steal my identity and house Los Angeles California
I'm buying my sister's house out of foreclosure and this bank is trying to take my identity. They send the paperwork with some guys name on it. They send the morgage loan bills with this guys name on it. They call here for this guy. This guy also has my social security number.

You should file an Identity Theft immediately, then, you should file a police report about that event. Don't forget to get credit reports from the 3 main agencies; they are wonderful pieces of added proof.I don't know . May be you already took these steps; but it's always good to repeat them for the benefit of all the folks out there.
You are not alone. It happened (is still hapeening)to me also, and to many others
That's why they call it RICO crimes and Sir Kweku Hanson, in his class action against Ocwen, is charging them with it.
It means they play with your name, numbers, etc. and play with your identity to steal homes and destroy lives. They get the help of the SEC and of the many other corrupted entities.
Grab your proof and expose them, keep good records of every thing. Don't forget to report what you know to the FBI (regional and national offices), and to HUD, DOJ, etc.(always do it at all levels, since RICO means they buy people and institutions) If the amount is large enough, report it to the FEDS (I reported my case to them too)
I guess you understand you are not to give many details over the net because Ocwen migh maneuver to cover its crimes. But expose them continuously in other ways. You are not crazy, you are not alone. We will all be served Justice some day.
