Ocwen Bank simple intrest charges cant prove that I have a simple intrest loan
we have paid every month on time exept jul.2001 that was it now they are charging us 58.00 per day yes thats per day and when were have paid a payment and a half like told to do the half does not go to your p/i it goes to the 58.00 fund no one at ocwen can show us proof of a simple loan or can they tell us h*e they arrived at the sum of 58.00/ this loan was bought from delta funding and when i recieve my monthly bill it has an add for delta if i need more money. some scam huh.I will surly join a class action lawsuit any time,also we are going to write our senators to make them aware of whats going on hopfuly ocwen did not donate to there war chest and they can help us.
