Gads!!!!! where to begin.. #1 ocwen is in my humble opinion a susidiary of organized crime forced hazard ins ( forget the fact they acknowledged i have insurance).. people that can not or will not communicate in english (from india or pakistan). ...each month (without fail i mail my payment prior to the 5th of said month.... i have received several cancelled checks that were cashed by these dirt bags on the 22nd or later thereby allowing organized crime oops!! i mean ocwen to attempt to levy late charges... it got so bad i had to file a chapter 13 just in order to keep my home.....i have all cancelled checks and or western union receipts to back up my claim ..

ocwen did not seem to terribly interested in fixing this little problem so we ( my lawyer and i have to go to court )... like most of you i read almost on a daily basis all the heart-wrenching letters from "victims " of this predatory lending company.... i wrote to the "OTS" and all they did was forward my concerns and complaints to ocwen HELL i have done that my self didn't need a federal agency to do that for me ( needles to say i'm not that impressed with them)..

question #1 how does this pissed off home owner join a class action law suit would someone please respond? good luck to all of us and GOD bless all of you

Ocwen FSB: "Jason" or "Freddy"? Both? The NIGHTMARE continues! Greedy law firms dogfighting while Ocwen steals homes. May they die of shame!

#2Consumer Suggestion

Wed, July 28, 2004

Dear PO'd Steve,

I have watched this God-awful, God-forsaken thief for so long that I am amazed that it can still exist.

PURE EVIL is indeed hard to conquer.

If you have read these reports, you already know that Ocwen FSB has recently entered into a supervisory agreement with the OTS. Since that "commitment" seemed to be a Public Relations stunt on Ocwen's part (which failed miserably), the results were not what Ocwen hoped to attain.

It seems as though the OTS takes the agreement much more seriously, however, and is working to hold Ocwen to it.

Ocwen in totally horrified by this unexpected result and now seeks to end its status as a thrift in order to free themselves of the OTS millstone. This agreement turned into a lose/lose proposition for Ocwen as most people were unimpressed knowing Ocwen was grasping at straws.

You can invoke this agreement as it is still in force, but I do not know how much longer that may be true. I would recommend doing that as a first step.

And if you have searched these reports, you also know that the MDL panel combined and moved all current (and future, I assume) cases to Cook County (Chicago), IL.

These cases involve some very high-powered law firms (a little research will uncover the names if you wish to know them). The result is that there seems to be an ongoing power struggle among them for dominance.

This "money-mad" struggle seems to have resulted in a blackout of sorts in the public record and I am unable to ascertain the current status of the cases. Perhaps the judge is even ashamed of some of the nasty tricks employed by these firms to get the "biggest cut"??

Introduce yourself to the gentleman who first dared to take Ocwen on, the one who has been in this struggle all along.

Kweku Hanson

This man has not only taken on Ocwen, but also the greedy law firms who want a quick in and out case with their profits being high and victim compensation being almost nil. I think this has probably compounded Mr. Hanson's fight by a great deal.

Mr. Hanson seeks criminal charges against the masterminds of this RICO plan.

Considering the number of homes stolen, lives destroyed and ruined, Mr. Hanson seeks true justice for all victims.

Alternatively, you can join one of the skulking dog firms class actions and wait for your check for $25.00 when the battle is over.

Your call. Whatever you decide, I wish you all the best.
