Ocwen Federal Bank (aka) Moss, Codilis, Stawiarski Morris, Schneider & Prior, LLLP Unlawful contact and communicating threats after I have retained an attorney mistreated and ripped off West Palm Beach Florida
As my temperature rises, I must let others be aware of Kevin Hodgkins, a company rep or Ocwen/Moss. He telephoned me today to say that my home will be sold on June 30, 2003.
To begin with, I am represented by an attorney and he called my unlawfully. Secondly, I received foreclosure notification last August and then Ocwen continued my case until this month. My attorney at the foreclosure hearing in August, asked for specific documents from Ocwen, i.e. payment history, deed of trust, etc. These documents are just now being supplied to my attorney at the hearing this month.
Due to Ocwen's accounting errors, I am not in default and have appealed the foreclosure proceedings and posted the appropriate bond.
Kevin Hodgkins had the nerve to not say that my house is being sold, but wanted to know why I was 15 months late in my payments.
I politely let him know that my payments are being held in an interest bearing account that I am benefiting from while Ocwen procrastinates in their hearing processes. Kevin also informed me that "Once you enter into a forebearance agreement with Ocwen, you can NEVER catch up."
I understand that several news agencies both local and national are investigating Ocwen and their accounting practices and expect to see something in print or on TV shortly.
I would ask anyone dealing with Kevin Hodgkins to check behind him for factual information as he is very smart talking and comes off in a threatening manner.
