I am also a victim of Ocwen Bank. I have bought my way out of their foreclosure at least 3 times. This time as I am paying these outrageous fees, I would also like to put a stop to this. I too am disabled, but I still work and am a single family income. I also have unreasonable late and attorneys fees. At this time I am in foreclosure again, because I was late with Decembers payment. When I was ready to send it in, I was informed by a letter from there attroney that I was in foreclosure. I immediatel contacted them and asked why, when I only owed 1 month and was prepared to pay it. i was told that they would not accept it, but I now needed to pay december, january and all legal fees. This is so unreal, I don't have a problem with paying my debts. But being a single wage earner, emergencies do arise and when they do, must we always be threatened with being throwed out on street if we don't submit and pay these amounts. If there is any way of a class action lawsuit I would definetly like to be a part of it. Also don't worry about trying to refinance, unless the house values considerably more than you owe them, no one will touch it. This is unfair business practice.

I would be interested in locating the attorney Robert Brunig. I searched the internet and found no listing for him or the law firm O'connon & Hannon. If there is a person who knows of this attorney, why not give use the rest of the information.
