A few months before our bankruptcy was completed, Ocwen (purchased our second mortgage several years ago) sent us a notice that we were delinquent in our regular mortgage payments by $3,974.95. Using part of our tax return we were able to send this in. A month after that we got another notice saying that we we needed to pay an additional $1,369.70.

At this I called Ocwen and spoke with a customer service supervisor named "Elvira" (That alone should have tipped me off to something). She checked our account and said that we were current and only to send in the the regular payment. Now that our Ch. 13 is complete, they say that we are now $4,848.50 delinquent and are threatening to foreclose.

I've been doing some research on the internet and found out about Hanson v. Ocwen in Conn. Can anyone out there tell me how I can join Mr. Hanson in his fight? I'm sure I've got a solid case if just get some guidance.
