Complaint Review: Ocwen Federal Bank

This past january, the Ocwen Fed Bank and Salomon Brothers were found GUILTY of violating the Consumer Protection Act in front of JUDGE BROWN, in Circuit court in Lansing, w/assistance by my private attorney (the attorney general representatives could care LESS). Yet my lawyer hasn't seen a dime, and neither will I. Yes, seven years of lawsuits and complaints against the bank and NO RESULTS. Even the bank losing TWICE in court isn't enough.

The house sits, comdemned, on the list to be torn down. The lawyers just sit back, and continue to bully me into a ridiculous 'settlement'. My kids no longer remember living in that house.

I suspect the insurance company is owned by ocwen, which is why ocwen was able to hide the fraud (once, the 'insurance company' answered the phone as 'Ocwen Insurance.') Now I got the insurance THRU Ocwen, so there's how that scam got pulled over on me.

My crime? I had the house paid off about 3/4ths of the way. I only owed about 25% of the value of the home, so I was a prime target.

I'm sure if I had a mortgage on 75 percent of the value, it would have been another story

I may never see a dime, my lawyer states. I refuse to cave in, rather risk losing my entire life savings, that was in that house, than accept excuses like,"...well you're disabled now, and in public housing, so IT DOESN"T MATTER ANYMORE." The lawyers on BOTH SIDES believe this is a reason for me to 'give up.' I'd rather see them in HELL FIRST. Yes, it ruined my health, it ate at me year after year after year (started in '97). So that's why I should 'accept' a loss of my entire savings because I'm poor now and not worth a god d**n dime? I WAS worth $250,000 at one time, but now I'm TRASH?

When the opposing attorney said,"well she's on social security so she doesn't NEED THE MONEY, with the HUD housing and all." I wanted to cut his throat out then and there, that fat, ugly, mean spirited SLOB with the ugly STAIN on his forehead?

I was once an engineer, with a house almost paid for. Now I'm just another recipient on 'welfare' in 'public housing' and I no longer need a dime, my kids don't need anything either. What kind of SICK JOKE is THAT????

If this corporation was a person, they'd be in JAIL right now for FRAUD. I'd be able to SEIZE SOMETHING! Funny, the judge said, 'we should resolve this situation for Mrs. Pilch very soon.' Meanwhile, he has shown me suspicious behavior ever since he took charge of the case, insulting my attorney, making jokes about the Ocwen attorney, and being a general, insensitive a*****e all around. He's retiring next month. How nice, after behaving so badly these past several years.

So I 'won' the case twice, but Ocwen continues to sit back, and my house will be demolished. My kids ask me for financial help, like braces, a car, help with college, and I have to say NO every time, remembering that my 'investment' in our home was supposed to pay for that when I refinanced in 2001!

instead we have seen numerous homeless shelters, several slum apartments with mold, raw sewage flowing below (2 places like that, one I forced the landlord to pay for new plumbing, the other place wound up being at MY COST to repair), and the size of the places were a third to a half the size we USED to have, without garages, privacy, etc.

My kids have already suffered the worse. I would rather rot in hell than settle for ten grand for a home that would have sold for about 280,000. I'd rather PERSONALLY castrate the b*****d that decided to screw me over by committing fraud, but suspect that there were several ocwen employees involved from the looks of the paperwork that MIRACULOUSLY appeared in court at the last minute!

May a thousand leeches suck your blood, Ocwen Fed employees! May lice inhabit every crevice of your body. May you suffer the way my children did and how I did, and a thousand times that! May your corrupt attornies suffer the same fate for playing games with other lives!

Ocwen can hire a fleet of attornies (as they did in my case) to keep things going indefinitely. The 'vice president of Ocwen' talked to me on the phone (I think that was probably a lie, because SHE seemed a bit stupid to be such a participant in such a devious company). She said,"What do you want?" I put it simply... MY HOUSE! Repair it, give it back to me and get the XXXX out of my life! My lawyer says that's 'unreasonable', and the Ocwen attorney says I 'don't need a home anymore.'

What the hell is wrong with this picture? Someone tell me? ANd DON'T send me ONE person's opinion that Ocwen isn't a fraud! I am living proof of how diabolical a bank can be. Receiving that 'rebuttal' made me think that Ocwen may be pulling a prank, or actually found someone who they DIDN'T screw over....

So Ocwen, when do I get my house back? When do you owe up to the GUILTY verdict of Consumer Protection violation? When do you become decent human beings??? May a thousand vultures pick at your bones and may you live forever in the process!
