OCWEN Bank has taken the joy out of homeownership for me. They bought my loan in May 2004 and it took 3 weeks before I received notification as to where to send my payment. When I finally did, I called to make my payment and they had the wrong information (loan #, interest rate, and payment amount). I insisted the information be corrected before I made my payment. That took another 2 weeks to get resolved. By this time, they had declared me in default of my loan because 30 days had passed.

Now my credit is ruined due to reporting me 30 days late on my payments from May until now. They have tried to get me to give them more money to make up for the time lapse or agree to make larger mortgage payments. Neither of which I will agree to. The calls come daily, the registered letters of default come weekly, and the problem keeps growing by the minute.

This is only complicated further by the language barrier between the representatives of the bank and myself. I am so stressed by this that I have consulted an attorney for further legal action against them. Where does this end........ I will not give up my home to OCWEN and I will fight them to stop these foreigners from taking advantage of the hard working people of America.
