Ocwen Federal Bank FSB AKA CDelta Finance Ripped us off then Stole our home, dirty liars fraudulent business victimized many consumers Nationwide
Delta withheld payments making us late, and charged extra fees. When our bank got involved and threatened to sue, they gave back one late fee, suddenly they turned (sold/transferred BS!) us over to Ocwen FB. Who have since told me they were ALL DELTA FINANCE EMPLOYEES.
They were nasty, non contactable, never knew who/ what where BS, they not only hid a payment, they charged us ripoff fees for ins, late, legal and other fees, denied getting payments and lied about holding a payment and put us in default and gave us repayment plans we couldn't meet then demanded them, stole money from our bank account, harassed and threatened us.
Then when I had a mortgage co willing to re-finance they suddenly without us knowing decided to enter us in foreclose and then tried to talk me into paying ripoff legal fees to save our home. We lost it but I hope these guys all rot in HELL!
