Ocwen Federal Bank, FSB compnay provides false credit reports Orlando Florida
I filed Bankruptcy under Chapter 13. I never missed a payment to Ocwen and was never late. They were not listed in the Chapter Thirteen, and yet they reported to the Credit Bureau that I am $513 in arrears, and that they were included in the Chapter Thirteen. Additionally, they have charged me twice for late payments, yet the payments are set up as an auto-debit from my checking account and are never late!

These mortgage servicers KNOW exactly what they are doing to us. First, they put you in foreclosure and steal your equity and your home. Then, they make damned sure that you will NEVER be able to own ANYTHING because they report false information about you to the credit reporting agencies. Even if a mortgage servicer has NOTHING to do with servicing YOUR loan, they will pop up on your credit report as having a vested interest in your mortgage, making claims that YOU owe THEM money. Oh, this smells like FRAUD, and it STINKS!
