Ocwen Federal Bank FSB corrupt company assist with flipping ownership fraudulent ripoff business West Palm Florida
Hello:
I am a Home owner that this corrupt company Ocwen stole my property and allowed this man to consume in my name. I recent found out that this company still have this account even though repeatly they stated this property was foreclosed.
I recent received the 1098 which they showed the interest for this whole year of 2002 is $3,030.00 which is impossible because I only paid three payments on the note in 2002.
Then I received a tax abatement statement showing $39,030. which Ocwen shows as the foreclsoure. Now this man was suppose to pay Ocwen $40,000.00 and I know that wasa lie.
These property taxes was not paid and this man was sending me the bill. Ocwen has played every misdeed they cold do. All these people has committed all kinds of illegal acts they could do. When I called Ocwen they refused to speak with me. I will forward all these documents to the IRS because I can't claim the interest on that property when I didn't pay those notes. I will also file a complaint against Ocwen for allowing this man to use my credit .
Ocwen has all kind of employee's who are breaking the law. I wonder which one will the Erby put the blame on for all their unlawful acts in frauding all accounts holder. See, our privacy was violated, loan inforamtion release illegal, deceptive practice will lending laws, they have not obey any laws to fair lending, not even legal foreclosed on any property with all their bogus unlicensed clerk who acted as attorenys and was not.
See Moss Codilis is and should be held accountable. I am praying that some and many of them go to prison for all their RICO acts.
Yes, they have committed mail and wire fraud over and over again.
Please every one who has been done wrong please lets band together and show them who will have the last say in victory. Yet them see we will get to the top and allows our laws of this land to be enforced and sent a message to all lenders of mortgage company that this illegal acts will not be allowed here in the USA. We got young men and women fighting for our country and please allow them to be proud and that is why we must fight this lawsuit to allow them to see this is a democracy country for the people and not just for certain greed people as Ocwen owners.
Oh yes, this woman who is on housing husband has final went to jail for auto theft, they even has mold in the house due to destroying the plumbing when they was cutting the water on after the water company cut the services off for not paying the bill. This woman fraud housing authority and the DA of Harris County knows he was living there now.

What Is The Court Doing?

Hello: Could any one please share with me what this court in Hartford is doing with this class action law suit? I feel it is taking the Judge great deal of time to excuse himself from this case. Why? It is making me feel unsure about what is going on and why the Courts has allow this company to steal so many homes from the public as this company has done and they were nothing but the services company. Ocwen Federal Saving Bank does not make any loans all they were doing was collecting our payments for Stanley and Morgan which is Chase Bank. I am going to get me an attorney and file this case in Federal Court here in Texas because this man John Burns, Glenda Collier and Harris County Court along with Ocwen flip land which is very illegal. Even the fake visiting Judges has committed fraud and I am quite sure Ocwen has committed fraud with all these other home owners as well. HUD should be ashame of the corrupt practices all these individula has been involved in with Ocwen FSB. Thank you,

This week I read an article in the business section of San Diegos largest local newspaper.
It read something like this: California regulators threaten to revoke Wells Fargos license to conduct business in California. Apparently, they have been over charging their customers by charging interest on their loans starting the day the funds are given, instead of date when the property title is recorded. I dont mean to make light of this situation, as Im sure it represents substantial amounts money but What a joke That is nothing compared to crimes Ocwen has, and continues to commit on a daily basis. I plan to contact and question the reporter as soon as I stop laughing at them.
P.S. Thanks again to the brave folks here at bad business bureau that have provided us this form to enlighten others, etc.

Yes, Linda, you are right. That's what so many "investors" don't understand. We got to fight Ocwen not only for ourselves and our families; but also for our soldiers risking their life in this time of war. It's so sad that they believe this is a true "democracy", and are risking their lives and their loved ones are enduring the fear to lose them. Yet, what' the use of it if our society is not a real democracy? If Bin Laden is an enemy, why Ocwen, the Destroyer Of The American Dream, passes unnoticed? These foreign terrorists change our life in a minute with their terror acts. Ocwen consumes our life slowly by giving us terror drops. It does not kill us at once; but also robs our time, our precious time.
I'll fight Erby Laden until I'll die.
