Ocwen Federal Bank, FSB Forbearence How to Take Over a Homeower victimized many consumers West Palm Beach Florida
Because of "forbearance" of my loan, the amount of payment went from 358.00 per month to 600.00 per month on my loan with Ocwen FSB. I was retired and had to return to work to try and make the payments, but still it did not work out. I had to send my entire retirement check and then borrow money to cover my first payment under "forbearance", and now I'm out of my home of nineteen (19) years and in an apartment. Webster's Dictionary gives the meaning "refraining from enforcement"! They took my home and kept my payment, and I did not get any legal notice.
