I am yet another unhappy customer having to deal with Ocwen Federal Bank. Since our mortgage was sold to them, we have had nothing but trouble beginning with our very first payment. Over the past few years of dealing with their "late fees" and other mystery fees that cant be explained even from their own non english speaking representatives.

My husband and I filed Chapter 13 almost 2 years ago and have been really hurting ever since. We were forced to roll our 13 into a 7 and were sent statements monthly showing the trustee payments from the 13 bankruptcy. When our 7 was finalized we busted our butts to get everything in the good with them so we wouldnt have a forclosure. The statements we received showed that we were current until recently, when out of somewhere there came about a payment that we were suddently behind on that no one could explain. With tried and failed attempts to contact the customer service reps, we were linked to the bankruptcy department with 5 different people's extensions to choose from. Each extension hung up on you or left you hanging on the line for no one to answer. If you were lucky enough to leave a message, no use, they wont call you back anyhow.

We are still behind with Ocwen and don't think we will ever know what we are really paying for towards our mortgage, and nobody to help deal with it. We keep sending them money because we need to keep our home.

Some of the information in the above agreement may be of use, as their ombudsman may be required to assist you in ways Owen never would or ever could on they best day, if they wanted to. "Thank God" I was able see their scam coming early enough that I was still able sale my home before they had a chance take everything. Since I no longer have a loan serviced by them the aggreement doesn't really apply to me as far as I know.

Good Luck!
