Complaint Review: Ocwen Federal Bank FSB

As soon as Ocwen bought our mortgage all hell broke loose. They neglected to pay our insurance premium and placed their forced insurance on our mortgage. It cost twice as much for not even half the coverage. Talk about a nightmare.

We finally got fed up and tried to refinance to get away from them. EVERYTHING was a problem. We almost lost our refi as it was they held us up over a week.

Now they owe us over 800.00 dollars and refuse to talk to me. NORMAN was the worst. I would rather have been hung up on again.

What can we do? Can anyone help? Customer service is anything but. If you know where I can find help PLEASE let me know.
