Complaint Review: Ocwen Federal Bank FSB

Unfortunately, I just found this website today. I didn't know I was part of a majority. I thought I was dealing with these crooks by myself. I hope Mr. Hanson it is not too late to join the fray.

Ocwen obtained our mortage a couple of years ago and it has been hell ever since. The home was originally built with a FmHA loan. I purchased the home from the original owners and assumed the loan in 1988. Unsatisfied with the restrictions placed on adding on to my home by FmHA, I refinanced about 4yrs ago. The company we dealt with was New Century Mortage.

They have doubled my mortage payment under a forebearance plan. I fell behind when I became unemployed for 4 months. I paid them a large lump sum and at this time I am current on my mortage. Yet, I got another letter from the clowns at Moss Codillis saying some nonsense about owing another large sum of money.

I will not take any more crap from these bastards. They will not take my home. Thus far, because of Ocwen, I can't find anyone to refinance my home again. I have been employed at a new job for over a year now. I was at my last job for 15 yrs. I don't make the money I made at my former job. But, my income is beginning to rise as I get more time in.

I would be more than willing to participate in any action against these crooks. Bar none!
