Ocwen Federal Bank I am alleging has bad accounting records, it is true that you talk to different representatives that do not answer you correctly.

Cityscape Corporation that had them to service the loan is out of business as of late 2003, I believe.

I also believe Ocwen and Cityscape business licenses under certain names extensions were not approved for licenses you can check the courthouse records Taxation & Assessments 301-952-2500/2525. They may be listed as resolved or dissolved, etc...

They charged off my loan in January 2001, and later said this was a mistake and sent me a new Promissory Note with a new Unsecured Loan Number. I did not sign it.

They have had lawyers to state that my cases in court did not State A Claim. I am still working of this.

They had the nerve to file Proof of Claims in my Chapter 13 Bankruptcy proceedings that I still owed the monies, even after they had reported to credit bureaus that loan balance was zero.

They will not give me tax documents to say that they had received monies from me.

I have read other cases in the Courthouse, it seems that the we know what to say and do, but we need assistance with the representation and case law.

You may look up cases in my name in the following courts and also get ideas for your own cases.

District Court of Maryland For Prince Georges County 301-952-4080
Circuit Court of Maryland For Prince Georges County 301-952-4080
U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Greenbelt, Maryland Division 301-344-8018

I believe my cases are interesting and contains a lot of Facts, documents, pleadings that others can use.

I believe we all should file cases to the
U.S. Housing and Urban Development, Washington, D.C.

Some owners do not know to ask for a Forebearance/Workout Plan and should ask by Certified Mail with Return Receipt.

If loan is HUD insured you can asked the U.S. Department of Housing and Development to assist you in getting a Workout Plan application from your lender.

I am still fighting them to date and will continue to fight for justice.

I have filed appeals in my case and have asked for the assistance as of 10/2004 from the Law Foundation Inc. You may find one in your city/state ask your courthouse for assistance with Legal Referral Information.
