I send my payment that's due the 30th of the month by the 2nd of the same month due to fixed income and also elimate extra finance charge. But to my surprise I have something listed as "suspense account" which made my payment all interest and $10 or so dollars in suspense.
When I called Ocwen to find out what suspense meant she told me that it was to technical to explain, so I asked her to put it in laymans terms or give me a supervisor, she said that she take care of the problem and take me out of suspense to this day
no such thing.

Also, its take 2weeks to posted it the account I asked why 'no explanation'. I'm charged on daily interest of the balance due.

If this goes on I'll never pay the the principal but fill their belly's up. Another thing about a year ago they had a error and had to recalculate my account all the way back to when I started causing the principal balance to increase about $4000 imagine that.

All in their favor, what can a retire person do.

Note: I just started to mail my payments with a 'proof of mailing stamp' so I can check as to how long they take to
post my payment to my account.
