Company promised to cooperate with an alternative to 11.56% interest rates, but never did, forcing me into foreclosure. Even day harrassment with "canned" phone calls. Returned calls never got thru, even after waiting many minutes. They altered one on my checks. A horrible, distasteful, robber company.
