Complaint Review: Ocwen Federal Bank FSB

after I filed my report and was told I would not get a refund Ocwen dsnt me a check for the 10.00 that I was riped off for.

Ocwen's own systems to collect payments from borrowers are purposely fraudulent. Don't use their website to pay them. Don't use their phone service to pay them. Don't use their representatives to pay them (remember that you are not a client since you are not an investor nor a lender) You, Thomas, are a victim, as I am, as all Ocwen Satan borrowers.

Trusting your victimizer is a big error, and very costly! They don't do anything by mistake or poor accounting. Do some research, read this site and others about Ocwen and Mortgage Dis-Servicing and you will find out that their "patterns of behavior" are always the same, again, and again. They do the same, and the same, and the same, again, and again, and again, with ABSOLUTELY NO VARIATIONS AT ALL. Due to that lack of creativity in their "patterns", their crimes become self evident and easy to verify.

They get away with their obvious criminal actions with the complicity of many gov. insitutions and others, since Ocwen is very good at BRIVES. It's called RICO in legal lingo.

These Ocwen criminals are ungrateful: they expose their helpers (many, including OTS and other gov. entities). They should, at least, simulate some right behavior to protect the corrupted insitutions that protect them.

These Ocwen criminals are also stupid: they believe in the slavery of our families for eternity. In other words, Ocwen thinks that it would be able to steal and steal forever.

Don't send them regular mail, not even Certified Mail with your payments, because they will disappear those payments or post them later, PURPOSELY (the repeated "pattern" leaves no room for doubt).

Use your bank (if the payments are secured in "writing" by your bank) to pay them. If they don't post on time (the daily follow-up with this beast is mandatory), you call your bank, not Ocwen. Your bank employees have many more chances of being decent and honest than Ocwen's reps. Keep only the minimum cash you need for thepayments in your bank. Close any saving account you might have. Put your hard earned dollars in a can away from your home (You don't want Ocwen "to clean" your accounts)

Send letters to HUD, FTC and OTS for your records only (they won't help you but you need proof of your diligence in reporting them). Whatever you send to Ocwen, make copies of it and send them to the FBI ( it's known this institution takes care of criminals). Don't send copies only to your local office, send copies to your state and to Washington too, and to whoever you think has power. Keep in mind that you are not to trust any institution in particular due to "Ocwen's Briving Ability".

It's okay to distrust. As a victim, you are entitled to a very low trust level, and your family is what you care about. So, declare yourself afflicted with "Ocwen Paranoia", a very healthy syndrome very convenient for our own defense.

Don't be afraid of their calls. They are only calls. Learn to enjoy them. Take advantage of those calls and tell them what you think of them and how right you are about them, and how high you are and how low they are. You are a man, use your stronger voice to your advantage. You are anglo and don't have an accent (because of your name, I believe that). Use your clarity of speech to your advantage, too. You don't need to use foul language, the words THIEF and DESPICABLE are not dirty. The phrases, OCWEN LUCIFER, OCWEN DEVIL, OCWEN HELL, OCWEN SATAN, OCWEN LUZBEL, OCWEN BAAL, OCWEN MEFISTOFELES, etc., are not foul language and they all apply to Ocwen.

If they don't call you, you call them to remind them that you are not going to forget not forgive them, and that you'll live to see their END. Since Ocwen don't like their victims to have fun, chances are they will eventually stop their calls to deprive you, and take the pleasure of telling them the truth away from you.

You have to be proactive and never trust them. They are criminals! Thiefs! Assaessins! They give anguish and misery to our families. You are just defending your life and your children. We are all morally obligated to do that.

Join the Hanson v. Ocwen class action. It's slow but it's the only hope available. As a friend of mine says: We have to keep ourselves "pushing that rock up", for how long it takes, and for whatever it takes. There is no choice but fighting, since Ocwen is a jail that does not allow its prisoners out.

Send your info to the judges in charge of this case. You can send them copies of everything you send to others, so they know. Those judges might not acknowledge it right now; but you will have copies of those letters to them for your files that will help in your future defense (as a matter of fact, it's also a present defense).

Find information about the class action and about the judges in this site. Do not be afraid to do it.

Folks, let's all snow letters in CT. Think about it this way: Ocwen knows our names and has our social security numbers. So, if Ocwen knows us, .... who can hurt us more by knowing about us?
