Our contract was sold to Ocwen in 1999. And right off the bat we had problems! Ocwen put on Forced Placed Ins. We provided, time & time again, declarations of our Insurance. Ocwen refused to aknowledge our declarations. I went to our Ins. agent, who faxed our declaratons to Ocwen, no avail. He then mailed our declaratons. That did not work either!!

I was constantly talking to, writing to & leaving messages to Ocwen in attempt to clear this mess up. In the mean time our payments were not applied, but put in suspense becauses we did not included a insurance payment . We were told that Ocwen did not accept partial payments. The late charges really built up! The amount of money Ocwen wanted was ridicules!! No matter how much we sent it was never enough.

We are trying to get refinanced, but thanks to Ocwen & the so called late pays we now have crappy credit. We can not seem to help or advice from the institutions that are supposed help & protect. Ocwen has drained us finacially in our effort to keep them from foreclosing. But, like I said no matter what we sent, it is never enough! They say they want to work with us but they won't even return our phone calls. Our property is worth twice as much as the mortgage. We have lived here for 18 years.
I WILL NOT GO DOWN WITH OUT A FIGHT!

The State of Idaho wants Information

#2Consumer Suggestion

Thu, February 06, 2003

I have been ripped of by Ocwen. I am angry and am making noise. I have been in contact, and filed a complaint with the state of Idaho department of Finance. Anthony wants to know more. He knows about what happened to me, but says he has not heard much from other consumers in Idaho. He did forward my complaint to the OTS. I am not sure what good that will do. I have also contacted News channel 6. THey want more information as well. I would like you to contact anthony, and the senator of Idaho. They all want more complaints.

Thanks
