There is an idea, it is a wonderful idea! I already wrote my impression on a REBUTTAL since I had my computer Ocwen's dirty before, and forgot I cleaned it. Now, I am filing it in a normal report because time is "essential."

Let's send all our monthly payments to Mr. Kweku Hanson. He is not going to let us down. KWEKU HANSON IS OUR LAWYER from Heaven! Let's give him our payments for Ocwen Hell!

I already made my payment for April. I usually send it very early to fight the problems they cause to get them to post it properly. I have, like most of us, wasted a lot of money trying to get them post the payments, and yet, they want to destroy my credit by not reporting properly to the bureaus. I have paid the bureaus a lot of money to be on the top of my credit. I have exhausted all the avenues to dispute (a maximum of 3 times with Equifax). Ocwen does not report to Trans Union because that would give us a better general score to refi in the future to get rid of them.

I sent a letter to the Florida Attorney General, and he referred my letter to the stupid and malicious OTS who instructed Ocwen to send me a relation of my payments. but did not notice that Ocwen has to report that to the bureaus..not to me! Stupid OTS always on Ocwen's side. I know how I pay them. The bureaus are the ones that need to know...wait, wait, Marlene (I am talking to myself) Mama OTS can be very upset with this. How come I dare to accuse her baby Ocwen of not reporting properly!

All these daily aggravations have a heart:MONEY. And that is the explanation for so many futile arguments with Ocwen Reps, trained not to help us at all.

I finally, and we all have to realize that we have the best lawyer in the world: free, intelligent, brave, honest, generous, directing our Ocwen's Borrower Freedom Operation from CentCom.

Please, Mr. Hanson, if you see all of these. Can you tell us if that is OK with you? Can you give us instructions about the proper and legal way to send you our payments? I plan to send the rest of all to you, not only May, if you don't mind.

Dear felows, let's realize we already have the best lawyer of the world against that monster, Ocwen. Let's send our payments to Kweku Hanson. Let's let him pay for us so Ocwen will be obligated to behave properly.

Never afraid.

No More Costly Than The Privilege Of Reviewing Your Affidavits

As overburdened as I am in this case reading your "pouring in" Affidavits before sending them to my lawyer for safekeeping and use against Ocwen, I will be no more inconvenienced by getting incoming mail stuffed with uncashed checks instead of cancelled checks.

Wonderful Idea, but costly for Mr. Hanson, don't you think?

Marlene,

I think this is a wonderful idea, and I for one would be willing to do this. That is if Mr. Hanson would do it.

However, the down side to this is this. He is ALREADY working on our case, spending HIS money for all the motions, filings, paper, etc.

Since no one likes my idea of sending him some money to help defray his PERSONAL costs, don't you think it is asking a bit much to ask Mr. Hanson to take on the responsibility of sending in our mortgage payments, especially since we aren't paying him anything...I think it is a little to much to ask from anyone..

Don't get me wrong, it IS a WONDERFUL idea, and if he agrees, I am with you on this just like I am part of this suit.
