It is now 7 months later - and they still have not posted my May 2001 payment - even though - the check was cashed in May & they admit they cashed it in May - but posted the payment incorrectly. They constantly call my home - every evening - and send me notices - that they are going to foreclose on my home - Repeated attempts to correct this problem with them has failed, over and over again. Everyone you speak to at their office - claims they are going to straighten it out - but, they never do!

We are so tired of being harassed - that I am now going to write the State Attorney General's Office - they seem to be the only ones who will be able to straighten them out. Also, when they receive your checks - it takes them 7-10 business days to post the payment to your account - not the day they receive the check. Even though, they receive the check on time - by them holding it for an additional 7-10 business days - they wind up making your payments late & charging you a late fee.
