I worked for Ocwen for 8 years, I started in 1993 when Ocwen was First Federal Bank of Delaware, with a merger it turned into Berkely Federal Bank & Trust and now Ocwen.
I trained Arthur Castner but due to the good old wasp boys club he was promoted to Vice President and I stayed in the same place and struggle to a grand pay of $30,000 in 8 years. The only way I reached that grand pay was transferring around to 3 departments what a joke.
I worked hard and gave up time and days to be asked to leave on August 6th 2001 due to letting someone else save a home. In the Loan Resolution Department, as a LRC which people should know we are only allow to save a home 3 times after that you can not save it again, or give it to another consultant so they can save it.
After 8 years and working hard, when it came down for HR to give a reference to my new employer it took threats and a call from me 8 times to get it. I received great reviews but no promotion. The meetings they have on diversity training is a joke if you are a female no matter what color you have to work twice as hard and don't be African American you will be the scapegoat for everything that goes wrong.
If Ocwen is reading this maybe they should look into. Why do you make your African American employees feel unwelcome and the butt of all jokes in your private offices? The funny part about it I kept all my emails that were sent by HR regarding not being qualified for positions when you hire golf pro's for jobs because of HR knowing them outside of work, or waitress because of them being someone girlfriend. Then turn around it make them supervisors.

I have a report dealing with foreclosure hearing in Colorado. The Attorneys were Moss Codillis, etc. After I won against these attorneys in court, and the Judge stopped the foreclosure Ocwen was trying to get; the attorneys went AGAINST the judgement twice..
I am wondering if anyone knows about the relationship between Ocwen and Moss Codillis? This is interesting that Moss Codillis has an office in Denver and represents Ocwen in this area, and seems to be just like them.
Does anyone know anything about this firm andits relationship with Ocwen natonwide?

I read your response and the joke of it is Art did not start in the mailroom he started in the Satisfaction Department as a Temp. As a response about Margie and Teresa. Margie worked very hard from her being a LRC in 1993 along with Cindy Curtis and Eddie BreedLove. Believe me what the LRC has now is due to Margie pushing against the odds. To bad that her power went to her head. \
India has been a joke from the start, and it is way for Bill to outsource his funds and hire cheap labor over there just like Italy, and Jamica. Just worn your friends at Moss and Codilis to always have a back up plan.
What I take the most pain in is that the LRC's and the collectors work in Boiler Room conditions and everyday looking over there shoulders on if they would have a job the next day if they take the time to care about a borrower by researching into the loan more and realize to look outside the box to help people who could be our parents or friends.

Hi, Pam. I am an employee in timeline for Moss in Orlando. What you described as the standard practices for hiring and promotions is common knowledge to us in Orlando also. That is funny that you trained Art, as we are all well aware that he started in the mailroom, Margie was an LRC and Teresa was in imaging; uhh scanned docs all day???? And came up with Mortgage Vision?? What a crap piece of software, kind of like the new LRW that was supposed to be out 6 months ago. Wow, must have had a heck of a resume for that job.
Anyway, are you aware of the transition to India? Are you aware of what a joke it is and how it has fallen on its face? I wonder why.Oh yea, the person that was sent there to train India was just Teresas buddy Angilene that we were told by one of our supervisors in fc dept in Orlando (who came up from west palm as a former timeline cord) that she was Teresas buddy and had no foreclosure knowledge or experience. I wonder if Billy Erby knows that Teresa and Margie are running his company into the ground. Pam, be glad that you are out of this joke of a company. What did you guys in West Palm think about Margies office dcor; i.e. the leopard skin? Wow, talk about white trash, and Im white!! :)

I read your post regarding Ocwen.
Please read my report dated 11/5/02, (Ocwen Unsrupulously plays with peoples lives...), in it I mention a lady name Pam in the LRC.
I am hoping you are the same Pam, and if you are, you and I both mention that you lost your job due to helping me save my home. I can't believe that you have posted a complaint.
