my mother got behind on her payments when she became very ill,she is a kidney dialyiass patient and has 20% usage of her heart and is a dieabetic.
I am her daughter and when I realized this I contacted (Rick Turner)to tried to caught up and make some agreement on how to caught up on the payments, Her house was to be sold om April 10,2002 Rick tuner sent me the forebearance agreement on April4,2002 it took me a couple of days to come up with money, the trustee sale papers stated that we had up to 12:00 to get the money in to stop the sale.
Well i sent the money quick collect at 10:00 on the 10th called in the control # to rick turner and to the trustee company that was selling the house, In spoke to a lady and she told me she had recieved the control #, and all rick turner had to do was pick up the phone and call her to stop the sale.
I called rick turner and he was very rude to me and told me he would not make the call, he as so much, laughed in my face, now my mothers house is gone, and I have still not recieved my money back which ocwen bank said they would send it back.Somebody needs to stop the heartless, uncaring, people that is handling other peoples money that effect other people Lives.

Beverly, I am so sorry to hear of you and your Mothers loss. That is the way Ocwen thugs work. I have been fighting them for around 2 years. I have even went as far as going to Florida and taking them paperwork. They did not want me to come to their office though. So my Aunt whom I was visiting at the time faxed the paperwork for me from her office so I have proof that they got it.

They are liars and will not return phonecalls etc, as we all know. The only thing I can suggest you do is join one of our lawsuits. There are several from this forum. In Nashville we had filed one class suit but did not get certified. That was before all this Predatory Lending started heating up across the Country.

We are with a firm in DC now And there are several other suits being filed by others on this site. I do not know right off hand how much money I sent them over the years when they were saying they were working with me. Ther is no telling how much more money your Mother lost that you do not know about.

They are terrible about not applying principle and other numerous things correctly. Also I posted a response recently about a site I discovered linking them to illegal Gov. and mob etc. ties. All in all I just think you need to get on a suit , have an Accountant go over your Mothers paperwork and verify where her money was being applied.
