We had two loans with Aurora Loan Services in 1997 which were then bought by Ocwen Federal Bank in 1998. My life has been a nightmare since. I don't know what kind of training their payment processors receive, or their employees for that matter, but the payments were misapplied.

To make a long story short, we ended up in a foreclosure situation and were forced to enter into a forbearance agreement to avoid losing our property and they agreed to help us get our situation with the misapplied payments resolved.

Well, it is 2002, and our situation has never been resolved. They have since charged us with force placed insurance because they felt like it I guess. I have contacted the insurance department along with my insurance agent and we have faxed and sent proof of insurance at least 20 times so that they can credit our account.

Of course to no avail. I have never in my life dealt with such an incompetent company and its employees. We are now trying to refinance just to escape the horror that we have been experiencing for the past 4 years only to be turned down by lender after lender because of our credit that they have ruined. ANY SUGGESTIONS FROM ANYONE??
