I WAS UNDER A FORERENANCE PLAN! WHICH I PAID AND GOT
CAUGHT UP!
IN MY PLAN THE LATE CHARGES WERE ADDED.I PAID ALL THE
CHARGES . I SENT COPIES OF MY WESTERN UNION RECEIPTS TO
RESEARCH DEPT.(4 DIFFERENT TIMES) IT HAS BEEN 1 YEAR
LATER AND I STILL OWE THE SAME 1,030.00 THAT HAS NEVER
BEEN REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT. EVERY MONTH THEY SEND
STATEMENTS WITH DIFFERENT AMOUNTS EACH MONTH! THEY SEND
ME A LETTER FROM A ATTORNEY 3 OF THEM FROM DIFFERNT
STATES AND GUESS WHAT? THEY CHARGE ME 95.00 /MONTH FOR
THIS LETTER PLUS A LATE FEE OF 40.00. I DOSENT MATTER IF
YOU ARE LATE OR NOT! YOU GET CHARGED. YOU CAN CALL 3
TIMES IN ONE DAY AND EACH ONE OF THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE
REPS. WILL TELL YOU SOMETHING DIFFERENT. I HATE OCWEN
FEDERAL BANK AND WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER LOAN WITH THEM
AGAIN!!!!!!!
I HAVE REQUESTED A PAY-OFF LETTER ! GUESS WHAT TWO WEEKS
LATER AND I'M CALLING THEM AGAIN REQUESTING THE PAY-OFF
LETTER. OH THEY PROBLEY HAVE CHARGED ME TWICE FOR THIS
INFO!

Dear Debbie,
We are all there with you. You are not alone.
My suggestions:
1) Educate yourself about the best way to deal with Criminal Ocwen by reading as many rip off reports against them as you can. (Do not trust them anymore. Never believe what they tell you.) You only talk to them to document your conversations for future use in court. Remember, they don't want your loan..they want your home, your life, and the tears of your loved ones.
2) Join the class action lawsuit against Ocwen filed in Harford, CO by Mr. Hansen. It is your civil right... and also, your HUMAN RIGHT TO DEFEND YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY. I did it. Ocwen knows who I am, and I don't care. I am not afraid. I state this over and over because Fear is an enemy, not a friend. Fear makes us hide our faces and that gives us a false sense of security. After all, we all have to endure diseases, dissapointments, pain, and at the end, death; it's part of Life.
This is not the end of the world, believe me. It is just the beginning of Ocwen's fall. The worst one feels the better it gets, because we are not alone in this. We are too many, and uncomfortable feelings are normal when changes are about to take place. Head up,
