Ocwen Federal Bank Rip off - Harassment for payments received but not posted
I saw the reports from others and add my experiences to the list. Their behavior is so consistent that I think they may be postponing posting payments received (and deposited to their account) to maximize interest earned on the loans on their books.
If they would prefer not to have this reputation, they need only stop this behavior. I have just sent a substantial check to pay off their loan, and I will track the official check sent to know when it was cashed.
I will expect my account to be cleared on that date or they and you will hear from me again.
