On January 27, 2003 I spoke with Karl from OCWEN Federal Bank (1-800-446-2936)2:40pm (EST)to see what payment would be needed to catch up on my house payment. The amount he gave me was $808.60 left on the december 2002 as I had paid part of december payment earlier as requested. And for January 2003 the amount of $900.41 and then said $1,884.13, this would make you current!!

On January 28 2003 3:11 PM (eastern) I called OCWEN once more and spoke to (Flora) 1-800-446-2936 told her that (Karl) I spoke yesterday and asked if I could make a phone pay. She said "NO PROBLEM" Flora asked me for My Bank Routing Number and then account number, read them back to me and gave me the amount of $1,899.13 which included a phone pay charge of $9.00. I said this is correct and she said it would be posted this evening 1/28/2003 and then gave me a CONFIRMATION #o to confirm that the payment was made.

In checking with MY bank OCWEN never withdrew the amount as they said they would.

Now when I try to call them they WILL NOT talk with me and they do an automatic telephone rollover dial to an Attorney's office and no one there answers either - just states that I am having foreclosure proceedings brought against me.

WHAT IS GOING ON???????? After researching OCWEN website I find MANY MANY numerous similar complaints!!! How can OCWEN Federal Bank keep going unchecked and encure non founded legal charges against you!!!! PLEASE REPLY!!!

The other day a very strange thing happened Ocwen sent me a check for approximately forty-five with no explanation. If it had come from any other company it would most likely be a good thing. But we all know better when dealing with this predator. The absolute last thing they would do is to knowing give away money. Besides, if they wanted to pay me the money that they owe me theyre at least 300K short. Thank God I'm no longer an Ocwen customer!
