A multi-million dollar law suit, Case# 99-6297, has been filed against Ocwen Bank, et al in District of Columbia Superior Court. The suit is based on a series of break-ins at my home by agents of Ocwen Bank while I was away on business.

I also had an agreement regarding a mortgage dispute with their attorney that no action would be taken while I was away to which the court agreed. The Agents of the bank went ahead anyway and broke into the property ramsacked my home removed numerous valuables (never recovered). They then put a realtors lock-box on my door.

Additionally, when I was in court to complain about the first break-in their agents returned and broke in again and comenced removing additional valuable personal property. This time they were cought in the act and police were called.

Their attoney was located and instructed their representatives to stop immeadiately, only after trucks had left with my peronal property on them (never recovered). I was prevented from repurchasing the property and the Ocwen realtor agent sold the property to a friend at a huge profit.
