Complaint Review: Ocwen Federal Bank

My morgtage was transferred to Ocwen about 4 months ago. Since that time I have repeatadly asked Ocwen to send me statements as to what is owed to them, they have always failed to do so.

Now they are attempting to forclose on my house because of a 90 day past due morgtage. I have the funds to make the payments and always have had as I made all payments to the previous servicer on the morgtage. They simply would never send me a paper statement in the mail showing what I owe....

Then I started hearing from their goon "Phillip Munyon". I aksed him on several occaisions for a statement of what was owed, he too kept beating around the bush.

Now I am in forclosure and they say I owe them over $1000 in attorneys fees on a morgtage balance of $2000. This is unreal...

SOMEONE HELP!!!
