Complaint Review: Ocwen

After Years of lies and Pain you have caused Others. I want all you Employees who have a sense of Morals and what is right and what is wrong and step into the light and rid yourselfs of the Evil Company. Before it is to late I might add.Now get on with your reports and start exposing these guys. Let us hear from you.Lets hear some more names of these Goons so we can deliver them up to justice

Today I sent MR Hanson my sworn statement about Ocwen Federal Bank FSB. I want to add that yes those of you who's payments were posted incorrectly and then charged a late fee. It happened numerous times.

Ocwens management team found a 4 drawer filing cabinet full of cancelled checks from a former supervisor in charge of disputes from customers sending the check showing proof of payments made.She didnt follow up with these checks and just threw them in a cabinet only to be found months after she left.

Ocwen has foreclosed on homes before what is called a timeline and that includes homes that were only 30 days late.Oh it was an accident so they had to recind the foreclosure and recind 3rd party sales of the customer that was foreclosed on TOO early OCWEN.

I have the truth to tell the court if I get the chance and I am willing to take a lie detector test from the law enforcement that wants to give it for Ocwen hid the truth from investers that were visiting them in Orlando.

They had to spruce up the accounts to make sure they were being worked properly.OTS should have shut them down years ago.Why didnt they because they covered up most of the complaints that happened to the customer.

One agent as we called ask a customer what bridge they were going to live under after foreclosure on the home.I tried to do the honest resolution for the customer but Ocwen didnt care about the illegal foreberence plans that were done to many customers.

Again for those who read my first entry here,I resigned my position not terminated like those in past and future that are targeted by management and Human Resource Dept.

Dear Robin,

I almost cried reading your previous post. You are not an Ocwen's victim and yet... Solidarity, the most dignifying of all feelings, is highly familiar to you.

Yes, people like Robin hurt us every day. They help Ocwen because the economy is "too bad" and they have families to support, or because they are scare, or vaguely experience Ocwen's crime at the intelectual level without realizing it emotionally. Or because...Who knows? There are many factors. Some reps know it, don't care and enjoy what they do to us.

Yes, Robin, you are so right, and so decent. Not everybody has your character and you ethics. Your parents and background really knew how to shape a moral being.

What you say to Ronad is simply exact, and you tell it so well, so beautifully. I wish I could express my pain the way you express your concern. Please, keep your comforting attention on us, Ocwen victims.

And you are right, I repeat. Ronald needs to be BRAVE because the land of the BRAVE keeps the home of the FREE!

Ronald, head up. If you were wrong before, now you are not. We don't approve your past behavior but salute your new one. This is your opportunity to leave the "terrorist" group and be on our side.

Ronald, if it was convenient to serve Ocwen before, now is the most convenient to help their
victims. Do you prefer complicity? You have the chance to change...or suffer the consecuences! Please, make and Affidavit relating what you know about your former employer and send it to Kweku Hanson. We can forgive you if you help us to defend ourselves from Ocwen Hell.

We are not bitter, just plain hurt. We need people like Robin and like Ronald, too.

Of course, we can tell the obvious difference in human stature.

Never Afraid

I did not realize that Ocwen is also trying to escape justice in America (Fairbanks is already in India the way it sounds). WHY are all these rotten-to-the-core mortgage servicers moving to India?? WHAT is the appeal there? Will Ocwen and Fairbanks continue to harrass Americans from across the ocean?? Will they escape justice by doing this?? How can a Federal Savings Bank with a Federal charter just pack its ditty bag and go to work in another country? Or is Ocwen just moving its corrupt mortgage servicing department to India? Does anybody know the answers to these questions? Do YOU know, Ronald?

Odd that suddenly both of these evil companies moved to India...Something really smells bad about this...They are obviously trying to avoid prosecution or the new, tougher laws going into effect soon. Can the Feds go unto India and get them under terrorism laws? I know that they made many of you feel very terrorized....One thing; their flight seems to indicate FEAR and lots of it. What goes around, comes around. I hope they are at least as frightened as they made you guys feel...

Ronald, you are the SECOND disgruntled Ocwen employee to post here today. Amazing! Both of you are naming the same names, too. Tell your story to Kweku Hanson, to the Feds, to the whole world. HELP these people escape the clutches of these demons. Be brave and try to do the right thing. I say "be brave" because you are really going to get some dissing...

I do take issue with you and the other poster in one respect: you worked six years for these devils, the other poster worked five years for them. I am having a hard time feeling sympathy for folks who KNEW firsthand what was going on and allowed it, aided and abetted it (you ate lunch with these people; didn't it make you ill?). You are, without a doubt, better off without the demons. Too bad that your fits of conscience are triggered only because they sacked you and now you are angry and trying to get even! "You'll help anybody NOW"- did you help put people out of their homes before with no remorse and knowing what was going on??

Ocwen must have paid you all very well; enough that you were able to bury your humanity and conscience and justify what you were doing to yourselves. Did you sleep well at night during the six years you worked for the devil?

The only possible way you will ever be able to cleanse yourselves of past evils will be to help as many victims as possible as soon as possible.Publish a document, post it, and tell all. Be clear, concise, and do it quickly.

You are going to take a terrible beating on this site as I am just realizing myself what has happened; there are LOTS of layoffs at Ocwen!(I can wait now for PO'd Fairbanks employees to begin posting anytime, I suppose). Now the laid-off employees are mad and wanting revenge on big, bad Ocwen. What sweet irony; YES, KWEKU AND MARLENE AND BOB, THERE IS A GOD!!! Ocwen threw the screws to its own little red imps. Hallelujah and a big Amen.

Sorry, Ronald, you will have to take a double beating since I was slow to catch up to speed on this situation, so you have to take the beating for your former coworker who posted earlier. I mistakenly thought that an Ocwen employee was actually blowing the whistle and congratulated him/her. Dummy me! Sorry, all Ocwen victims; my bad. Please don't tar and feather me.I certainly should have known better....but one hopes that man's better side will come out. Sigh.

I am still undecided whether to admire you for your attempts to rectify some sins. Knowing that you are motivated by revenge taints your good intentions. I would have certainly lauded you as a hero if you had done your whistleblowing while employed by Ocwen, before allowing Ocwen to slink off to another continent. Did you not see the writing on the wall until AFTER they let you go? Do you see how much harder it will be now to chase these devils to another continent? Shame on you for...EVERYTHING!

Do what you can; I am not under these Ocwen devil's thumbs. I am just really steamed on behalf of those that are!! I believe that these folks need all the help they can get as fast as they can get it, so get cracking. And you had better put at least as much effort or more into it as you did for your former employer. It is going to take a lot to make it up to folks, I'm afraid.

By the way, Ronald, I would not put "Ocwen" as a former employer on any future employment applications. Some of the dirt you helped create just might rub off on you. If you intend to stay in this line of work, try to do your job with an honest mortgage servicing company. Good luck finding one. This has got to be one of the most corrupt industries going in America today!
