Ocwen Federal Bank ripoff business from hell Orlando Florida
We just re-financed our home, and made all our payments on time. Without any notice of any kind regarding a loan transfer etc. we received a demand letter for money that had been paid previously. Within just a few days we received a collection notice from their attorneys.
We received no phone calls at all, none at work or at home. Their attorneys even failed to provide a phone number that we could call. They even had the nerve to ask for the attorney fees, even though they had never even attempted to call or give us time enough to reply to their false/bogus claims.
What kind of company treats people this way? It appears to be a major scam to me! They should not be allowed to continue this rip-off. It's time to the legal action against these greedy jerks! Please let me know if any of you are interested in filing a case action suite against them.

Even though we sent them proof of having household insurance more than a month ago, they have requested it once again! This time ithey stated in their demand letter the following: If we fail to provide proof ASAP (no date) they will purchase a new policy with far less coverage and bill us for about $3,000 plus fees. That's about five times what we pay now for full coverage. Once again they have been given proof . This time I also sent a copy to my attorney, so next time they can contact him for a copy. But I'm sure their next letter will be demanding that $3,000 plus! I can't wait to see all the Ocwen scumbags go to prison where they belong along with their so called law firm!

I have sent as much information as I can find on these scumbags to as many different agences that I can think of.
Also, I had forgot mention, in my previous post that they tried their insurance rip-off on me too. You know...show proof or we will buy it for you! Suggest you all contact as many people as you can.
