We were behind by three months with our orginial lender and had made arrangement to pay them. When we sent in the final payment Owcen Federal bought our loan and said that they bought the loan 3 months behind. I sent them all of my documentation or the payment plan and also the receipts from Western Union that the payments were made and they refused to accept the proof and added penalities and fees to the note from day one.

We went into a repayment plan with Ocwen but they ended up cancelling the agreement as they received the payment 1 day late and added more fee. They added insurance on my house when I already had it covered. the have refused to drop the insurance so I dropped mine.

When I had to file Chapter 13 bankrupcy they added over 6,000.00 in a bankrupcy fee, over 8,000.00 in a bankrupcy charge and over, 4,000 on a bankrupcy filing fee. When my bankrupcy had to be dismissed and refiled they added these same fees again.

To date they have added over 49,000.00 in fees and penalities to a 47,980.00 mortgage. They now say that I owe them 91,000.00 on a peice of property that today appraises at just over 65.000.00 We tried to sell our property to save our credit but Ocwen refuses to return calls and then refuses to talk to anyone about this note.

Ocwen and their attorneys plan to foreclose on my home August 8, 2004 and I am almost ready to just let them have the house and see what they can get out of it.
