Ocwen is charging excessive legal fees,they add on about 1,000 dollars a month plus legal fees.They keep returning the money I send for reinstatement
I had an attorney try to get a reinstatement letter from them. After a month and a half he got little headway.He now wants a retainer fee of 2,500 dollars.
The attorney says their legal fees are excessive as far as California law.He says Ocwen drags their feet in correspondence to make more money for themselves.
I sent a check for 2,000 dollars in October of 2002,it was returned.I am now up to 7,000 dollars plus as of January 31,2003.With a mortgage payment of 435 dollars.
