OCWEN FEDERAL BANK RIPOFF, FRAUDULENT BILLINGS, MISPLACED PAYMENTS who else have they cheated -lets get'um ORLANDO Florida
Ocwen took over servicing of my loan in Nov. 1999. I have NEVER missed a payment to them. I recently requested a mortgage payoff quote. It contained over $14,000 in interest for missed payments sinced 06/02.
I have made ALL payments. It also contained over $1,700 in late fee's. Not possible. I don't make my payments late! It also contained over $7,000 in pre-payments fees. The pre-payment time has long since expired. It also contained "legal" fee's for which I have no written billing of.
When I complained to them they said they would foreclose on my loan! While I don't want to go to court (I have major health issues) I dare them to try! I am seeking to find other who they have treated unfairly. A class action lawsuit?
