I have read all the reports on Ocwen and its fellow partners in crime. I am sure they (Ocwen) know the Physical and Mental strain they have placed on all of us. Just as planned, but I don't think they now the real scope of how hard they have struck. How many people have committed the ultimate act of taking their own life? How many Divorces were related to Ocwen Bank and their Trade and Business Practices? How many Children were involved along with their Parents in this ongoing Practice of Banking?
You see it is not just one Person that Ocwen Bank Touches but the family. Even if you are not married or ever have been. You still have a Family. In the beginning it was hard to convince anyone because most just can't believe a Bank nor do we want to believe a Bank could do such things as Lie, Make up numbers, Fail to credit your account or maintain it properly. We just don't want to believe it and even if they don't we have a Out.To express ourselfs and say whats on our mind. This is to thank the EDitor of R.O.R.
The recent Fires in Southern California has had a major impact on my life and I have had do do some house cleaning.I mean I still have not been able to grab hold of the entire situation.Everthing was scorched and burned accept a small area were we live, Just amazing. Two weeks of Mandatory Evacuation and living in a Hotel and watching all the events happen before your very eyes were just unbelievable.
Now it's Business as usual, I Think.

Best advice I could give you is bail out now, the longer you are with the more you will be drawn into their web of unlawful cheating, eventually they will will. Don't stop fighting but secure your home by getting a new lender first ,one that plays honestly... my 2 cents

In order to prevent Ocwen charging you outrageous fees...Please save all copies of your checks, western unions, however you pay Ocwen.
Save any and all correspondance with that company.
My origonal note was $ 117,500. 4 years later, my payoff with Ocwen was $ 120,300.
I have escaped my Ocwen H-LL, you can escape yours.
If you ever get behind on payments, do not sign their forbearance plans... they'll charge "lawyer fees" and late fees when you're already on this plan to "help" you get caught up.
With Ocwen already in court in Chicago, with class action suits galore, and the OTS watching them with the rest of the world, maybe they can change.....
NEVER!
and also, send proof of insurance to them, they like to charge "force placed insurance".
Don't ever beleive what they tell you on the phone, ask for it in writing!

need to know what i should look out for in the begining of my new loan i plan to pay off loan as soon as i sell my other house what should i do to protect me and my family i did not choose this bank a broker hooked me up in order to do this loan now i am terrified.
