Ocwen's Anonymous "employee":

Here is a very helpful suggestion from the person you branded the "Leader of the Pack." Since you have proof that I have been bouncing checks the way Tigger bounces in the Winnie-the-Pooh tales, just send copies of those bounced checks to the federal judge hearingt the Hanson v. Ocwen nationwide class action lawsuit, so that he can lock me up for fraud and dismiss this annoying lawsuit ASAP. I mean, how difficult is it to do that? Why are you spending hundreds of thousands of Ocwen victims' stolen monies to hire expensive lawyers to fight this lawsuit when you can simply send the bounced checks to Connecticut's police so they can arrest me for passing rubber checks? With me in jail, your nightmares would be over, right?

O FOOLISH FOLK! When will you learn that Judgement Day is coming for you? When will you realize that conscencious employees among you have given us bagfuls of your dirty laundry which we have sent to the FBI for cleaning? When will you realize that the Tennessee Dept. of Consumer Protection has blacklisted Ocwen at its website (and I had nothing to do with it)? When will you realize that my lawyers get about 50 emails a week from irate, defrauded Ocwen victims searching for lawyers to sue Ocwen and see to it that your principals regurgitate all their ill-gotten gains the way Enron's fat cats are vomiting palatial properties and luxury cars? When will you pause to see that the hundreds of Ocwen victims posting to this RipOffReport website are not swayed by nonsensical lies, because they know when they are being fleeced day-in, day-out?

O OGRE OWCEN, KLEPTOMANIAC CROOKS! When will you appreciate that there is a GOD who reigns above you and that just as David slew Goliath, and just as Erin Brokovitch toppled giant companies, you will soon trade in your old diamond-studded cuff links for the Bureau of Prisons standard issue metal cuff links and ankle bracelets, and that the days when you have a Fort Leavenworth or Fort Dix address are beckoning? The hotels I write about need no reservations, and the hotel guests would LOVE to hug you real close when you get there. Don't worry about security. Unlike at your Orlando facility where disloyal employees sent us records which we surrendered to the FBI, Hotel Leavenworth is very secure: guards monitor the premises 24/7 and nobody will break IN.

The army of Ocwen victims is on the move. Tyrants beware. We have the proof of your crookedness, and you know this is no idel boast. Delta Funding caved in and paid up $2.75 million; First Alliance caved in and paid its victims $67 million; First Associates (Citicorp) caved in and paid $206 million; Household Finance caved in and paid $275 million. And Ocwen will cave in, whether before or after our national class is certified! The days of "just us" are over; the days of JUSTICE are dawning!

A Federal bill... "Responsible Lending Act" which amends the Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act of 1994 ('HOEPA')

#3Consumer Comment

Mon, February 03, 2003

In early January, Rep. Bob Ney (R-OH, 18th Dist.) should have introduced a discussion draft of his "Responsible Lending Act" which amends the Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act of 1994 ('HOEPA') -- the Fed's version of a predatory lending law -- and more importantly (or more alarmingly) would preempt all current state and local laws regarding predatory lending.

I urge everyone to write and/or call their local congressperson and express their opposition to this bill. HOEPA is very narrow in scope to begin with, as it only covers home equity loans and lines of credit and not residential mortgage transactions, like the broader, state and local predatory lending laws cover. Further, this bill would give mortgage lenders and servicers many loopholes to escape liability for their illegal behavior. It would also allow companies like Ocwen and Fairbanks Capital Corp., which primarily service residential mortgage loans, to continue with their dirty business and practically not have to answer to anyone.

Rep. Ney and his bill have been bought and paid for by the mortgage and banking special interests as his FEC records show he has received a large number of his campaign contributions from these industries and its execs in the past couple of years. Rep. Ney is also no stranger to selling his vote as he has been a leading advocate for companies peddling electronic voting systems which have been at the center of many state and local investigations for voting irregularities.

Write your congressperson today and tell them to do the right thing and oppose this bill and help their constituents keep their homes.

OCWEN'S DAY IS AT HAND

#3Consumer Suggestion

Sun, February 02, 2003

Ocwen's day is at hand and when this day comes, all of us should mark it as a National Holiday on our calendars. We should also talk about it in a journal to our children and grandchildren so that our experiences will not die away within a few years and this scam come back around.

On that topic, there is a Senate Bill 1158 up for study at the Legislative Plaza in Tennessee next week and any voting folks reading this posting need to call their Tennessee senators and Tennessee representatives immediately!

It would be a good thing for all of OCWEN's victims to keep pressure on their Congressmen who go to D.C. also, for no matter how much money the Fat Cats donate, it's the VOTES stupid, the votes we say.

Check out our Tennessee Mortgage Brokers website where the new president is urging all members to fight our Predatory Lending bill and trying to make it sound like we're all deadbeats.

Greed has not changed at all since the days of Jesus walking this earth and neither has the sin of taking what is not yours (taking our homes and our land through predatory lending).

Let's all salute Kewku Hanson for what he is doing and help him all that we can in any way that we can do so.

Tennessee posters, I challenge you to show up at the Legislative Plaze to add your own testimony to the hearings. Let's all get busy on this!!!
