Just a note to those who are in need of some good reading. I am trying to fight them here in Michigan and my brother is the Director of a business school in Chicago and he happened to find a Law suite on file from back in 1998. Beach vs. Ocwen. Please look into this if you can. It makes for some good reading and tells alot about how long this company has been doing this to people and will continue to if we don't ban together.

Good luck to us all in this fight. let us have stength and give an extra prayer to those who are helping us.

I have been fighting with Ocwen now for 6 months trying to reconcile. They give me false hope everytime I talk to them. They were suppose to work out a payment plan with me, after my payments fell behind. The guy they had me contacting kept changing his number so it was impossible for me to contact him to keep trying to work out a solution. Now 6 months later, the slimy **** are foreclosing on me. My sale date is Jan 7, 04. Happy **** new year right??? We have been trying to refinance but noone would touch me cuz Ocwen has ruined me. Finally found someone to try to help refinance but now told we should get an injunction against the Jan sale. Do you or your brother know an attorney that will do a pro bono since I now have no funds left to hire an attorney after everything Ocwen has done to me and the money I had to put out to try to refinance??? Any help would be much appreciated.

I HAVE SPOKEN WITH MR. BEACH. I know it has been a long time since anyone has heard from me. I was Teresa White. In the past year and one half I have gotten divorced after 18 yrs. My Ex left for a chat line aquantance, also married her as soon as divorce was final. I had to move everything, find a place to live, etc.

Then I had to have Major neck surgery, out of work for abouy 6 months. My ex thinks he stuck it to me. He paid 2,500.00 for a divorce, no contesting, no children. The way he thinks he stuck me was that he put he was not responsible for any Attorney fees, any deficeincies, Ocwen was trying to say we owed them $68,000.00.

I have been keeping in touch with Mr.Hanson through my friend in Nashville who is also a victim. We plan to go up for the Court Case. I have just recently gained access to a computer again . I am feeling better and go back to work tomorrow.

Back to what I originnally was responding to. When I first started getting involved in all this I found about the Beach case. I called info. in Maine and talked with the Beaches. It was my understanding that the property was in Mrs. Beach name, so it was her case. Also Mr. Beach is an Attorney, so I am sure that was a big help. He was extremely nice and said that if he could be of any help to let him know. I beiieve they won their case on summary. I do not know much about Law but I have learned a little since I have dealt with Ocwen for over 5 years. I have such a lengthy story I can not begin to tell it all. I will save it for the Lawsuit. Thankyou Mr. Hanson for all you have done. Lookout Ocwen I am back!!!!
