Complaint Review: Ocwen Fed. Bank

For the last several months, Ocwen has been adding ''OPTIONAL"" Insurance fee's to my mortage-payment--each time I would call--(which in it self is a task--just getting thru is an accomplishment) I would tell them I don't need nor do I want their OPTIONAL Ins.--Yet it remains on my mandortory billing statment--I don't like the way these people do business--One person went so far as to tell me, the word Optional is just a play on words, that I had to pay, since early last year, evey other month or so Another 'OPTIONAL" fee has been attached to my payment..............
